If you have a complex site in mind here are some of the steps we take when developing your web site:

To begin we conduct an interview to fully understand your company's services and/or products. Next we study you competitors who already have Internet presences with particular focus upon the key players. With that information in hand, we will plan a strategy, including objectives and what pages are needed to accomplish your goals.

Once the needs of your site are establish we prepare the information and images you provide to put your site together. If needed Winnlink has relationships with professional copywriters and photographers to provide product images, content, etc. If original artwork needs to be created, design and scanning services are available. We can use most formats of existing artwork you may have. Then we begin to design and assemble your web page!

We put together an exclusive preview of your site and publish it to the world wide web on a private page that only you will have access to. After you have viewed your site, we discuss any changes and/or additions that need to be made. The changes are made and the site is re-published. This process continues until your site meets with your approval and is moved from staging to the live site.

If you are new to the Internet then Winnlink can register your domain name, organize low cost connection, the setting up of Emails and the set-up of web space where your web site will reside.

Pricing

Every client has individual needs. Depending upon the project Winnlink can work on an hourly basis, flat rate per page or a mutually agreed upon contract rate. We guarantee not to charge more than the initial estimate unless the requirements for the job are changed materially after the estimate has been discussed and agreed upon by the customer. If the requirements do change, a new estimate will be prepared to cover additional work before such work is done.
